They reinstated the cts when they delisted them at first when por was approved. Lehman will get a discharge when they offically exit bk and at that time, from my dd they will reaffirm the cts going into new lamco.....some will say they will be in obs by then. That might happen too and there is strong evidence for that as presented by cottonball. Either way is fine with me because of seniority/parity with most senior preferreds wording....the conversion to new lamco stock can happen with reaffirmation or obs route...go figure...devil
