There is enough assets to exit the POR and pay CTs. Its now a matter of...

1. Will CTs be reaffirmed or going to Equity. IMO Reaffirm but there are indirect ways in which CTs are pointint to be Equity

2. After the POR is paid off, weather its reserves, settlements, or from selling of assets, how much is left for CTs. IMO, all the il -liquid stuff is intact and there might be even more with all the settlements, reserves and possibly NOLs......
