They Have Alot Of Potential Tools in the Kit

Also R/S could get Voted for,and NOT Enacted till after Q1 Run to Get PPS Over $1

They have 45 Days After the End of the Q to Report Q1,& May Report Q1 as a Last Resort to Get Above $1 before june 3rd when they Would have to Enact an R/S if they are not Over $1
