I was reading over the stock options plan for Neom's board of directors, and would like other shareholders' opinions.
Is it just me or is our stock option plan a little too loose?
The directors received 750,000 shares each in 2004, and 1,000,000 shares in 2005. In addition, if they chaired a committee the amount was doubled. Is this kind of dilution normal?
Just curious about this issue.
