My thinking is that they have financing lined up for their pilot project on the 90% owned property and will need to issue shares for that as well as having to come up with $ for what ever production work that is going to be done on their 50% owned property, thus they have doubled the AS to assure they will have sufficient shares to issue. (shares and warrants that usually go hand in hand) Since the Board owns much more than the majority of the shares, no shareholders meeting was necessary. I consider this an indication of good news on the financing front.
