Agree, but I think Tony D. is saying he was misled in the merger by Jeff B and that led, in part, to rescinding the merger. Perhaps this is the final act of this play and it will be interesting in the coming weeks/months. I anticipate some type of resolution in the coming months that may or may not be shareholder friendly.
