His idea is wrong in my view.

He's approaching it from the view that Sk3 bought Medical Greens and will have to issue shares at a discount to cover the costs.


I approach it as Medical Greens looked for a quick way onto the market and found SKTO to have a attractive S/S. So they made a deal where Sk3 would "Acquire" Medical Greens but Medical Greens's BOD would end up controlling Sk3.
