Take a look at their 8K filed filed on March 11. They forgot to mention if all those shares being issued for that supposed debt are free trading or restricted. I guess if they disclosed that part nobody would by the shares. Talk about Scalping.

Looks like Greencell all over again. Same lawyer on the cover page, same auditor, same promoter and even some of the same shareholders in the filings and behind the scenes.
