My new DM is a temp, and she is a SM who was made a DM with no training that anyone knows of.

She tried to "rob" my assosiate of an hours pay after clocking out at around 8:30. The reciept trans journal has a session payment processed at 7:57, plus clean up and close. She (DM) called me on Tuesday, I confirmed the clock out was ligit. on Wednesday my assosiate calls me saying her Clockout was changed to 7:20.

She also told all the SMs that clocking in before 5 min before studio open would get it adjusted. Or not clocking out for lunch at exactly 2 and back at 3 would get it adjusted. So while shes not suppose to be changing time rings... Doesn't mean she wont.

What I had my associate do was email her, and cc our RM saying fix it or shes going to the labor board. It took reminding, but he DM add an hour to a different clock out.
