Yes licensing was done 3 years ago. The difference now is Zipmark is taking off and starting to report decent revenues....which means part of that flows into MYEC as license fee..since Zipmark is getting well established they might contemplate on going public, which will give them easy access to market funds..in that case it will be quite natural for them to roll-up into MYEC since half of their platform belongs to MYEC..lets see
