"on March 7th the Travis County Texas District Court granted the Company's motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Alpine MIT Partners, LLC (Alpine) in May 2012."
The California case is a suit by Micro Imaging Technology against Alpine, in part, for $1.6 million in damages for "making false promises, intentional misrepresentations and breach of contract, which was the subject of the Texas suit." This was in response to a lien flied by Alpine in California against MIT's patents and also that the UCC filing was unauthorized.
Even Alpine, as brilliant and they are, wanted the MIT patents, and looks to be the whole reason they tried to get involved with MMTC was to control those patents. Those patents and the technology involved with the MIT 1000 is why MMTC is going to be a success. The only scam that will be put down in California courts is Alpine and their attempt to harm MMTC. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
