Further research shows that Mr. MOTTA is an attorney and the address is his office, not his residence.
No information yet found as to whether he is an officer of PEMCO LLC. Most likely just an attorney representing them.
In fact, there is no information available that I have yet found re the exact office of PEMCO LLC where it is or who or whom is the head honcho(s). Just that PEMCO LLC is in the oil lease bidness in OKLA. And that it is a group of people. They have been mentioned before in CDEX filings and PRs. One member was a member of the CDEX BOD, and resigned.
Wanta know what I thimk, I think that the office is likely in LUBBOCK, and is the group that is currently providing operating money to CDEX. Although they did not pledge over quite as much as JB appeared to expect based on his statements in the BK and in other filings and PR statements. Missed that mark by quite a bit, in fact.
Since I do NOT believe much and totally believe NONE of what CDEX files or PRs...I do not care to provide exact citations here.
