I think many of us understand how the system works. Someone, perhaps with an SEC connection, contacted them and suggested that KMAG was a scam putting out false PR's. The SEC had little choice but to suspend KMAG and investigate which I am sure they did. The 10 days is automatic and it is also automatic that trading will resume and it will be done on the Greys. The caller may well have had a large naked short position and been in jeopardy so he made the complaint knowing it would cause some panic selling and that it would be very likely he could cover his short or drive KMAG into bankruptcy. What he didn't count on was they he was dealing with an honest man who would take a stand on behalf of himself and his shareholders. He didn't count on financials being filed and audited financials being ordered. Now we are beginning to see the results where Mr. Reid has the support of his shareholders and they too have taken a stand. Whoever filed the complaint with the SEC will likely end up bankrupt when all is said and done and justice is served.
