The new authorized shares from 300,000 to 600,000 I'm gonna vote in favor of it.

1. For starters it can allow INO to partner out more of it's candidates or buyout a company that compliments its technology.

2. 2nd more importantly it will block a hostile takeover. Do any of you want to see INO bought out like YMI was for $2.47 a share???? If INO doesn't get the authorized shares it won't have a way to block big pharma from doing a hostile takeover.
