same here. he told me that he had someone interested in acquiring the company for 5 to 10 cents (before 1:100 R/S) and he is not interested to sell it because he sees major growth for the company. I asked him if he can put out a PR so that investment community knows and that helps raising the stock price. never happened and this big fat liar talks what ever he wants on the phone.

This knuckle head CEO is a crook and hope one day he pays for all his sins.
