pop, the new deal aligns shareholder interests with the interests of the company n YA, so, imo, that's a positive.

YA's business model sucks, but the blame ultimately falls on neom management, its failure to execute, n needing to take on toxic debt.

at the end of the day, the ball is in LM's hands. i think she's done an decent job given her restrictions, but, like others, i am worried that she's too much of an adminstrator and not enough of a game changing visionary.

time will tell. all of this is my opinion.
