I am looking into the questions you raised here.

What I see is in the IEQUITYCORP annual profit report filed on March 12,2013 it lists the "current principal place of business" at an address in California.



I am not sure if they needed to file as a foreign corp in CA or not. It's all a confusing area in the world of incorporation IMO
