Broken record? He's stating fact. King should have taken a pay cut and kept it cut. He's done nothing for investors or the company, and left it to rot. If he deserves 400K then I deserve at least a couple million per year.

It is important to listen to all the information, not just the stuff that makes you feel good about your investment.
