Lack of transparency? LOL. Then how come Viking and I come up with exactly the same revenue number ($280M) for 2013? And be assured that Treit will be very close to that number as well.

There is no lack of transparency other than the share count. But I wouldn't call that a "lack of transparency". Besides, we have the number now and we did get it on several occasions in the past as well.
