I don't think that's the right answer now. It would just make them look more like a fraud if they overdo it on the IR/PR front. As for legitimacy concerns, simply let them complete the prospectus.

What we need is insider buying now. Penser buying. Funds buying. Chad's liquidity! or better yet, volume.

If we get those $1M+ days then confidence will return and we may have a chance in Sweden. If not, and this is going to be another prolonged dumpage fest, then we can forget about Sweden being able to boost the stock.
