I think if I was a flipper I would keep that news offline rather than boasting about it to a board of longs. To me I wouldn't feel right about it since its like an in your face kind of gesture. Sorry I really don't view any of theses folks as people I want to go hey look at me I just took your money off the table wasn't that cool! sorry you will have to wait another few months before it rebounds and I can do it again...hey its business.
