Looking foward to Monday when Mediag3, Inc. should release the Q4 - Annual Report. Admittedly there won't be much in it, as the Q4 is required to only report on the activities during the year of 2012. Not on any matter after Dec 31, 2012.

As the Board of Directors (BoD) for Mediag3, Inc was officially formed on or about Jan 28, 2013 I very much doubt any activities regarding the BoD will be mentioned. Matters pertainging to post Dec 31, 2012 should be disclosed in the Q1 which is due for release on or about May 15, 2013.
