I believe it is friction caused between the two company divisions. They probably can't agree on which side of the company must contribute capital toward the audit and daily expenses. It is a complex structure so the auditors probably set them straight on how to carry the checks and balances. If there was fraud Richard wouLd have been fired. I'm sure it is just a power struggle on who controls the money. The truth will be out soon for all to see. Now the audit can be completed and we can move forward
