CSMG Technologies, Inc (fka CTGI)

As many of you know, I try to follow a good number of O&G companies. I don't claim to be a guru of any sort, nor do I really even pump or bash anything. However, one company I just came across, The Parafin Corporation (PRFN):

is one I think many people interested in CSMG should check out.

The company has made 1 (!!!) PR in the last year, and a very, uhm, questionable one, at that!

They currently show 58M shares O/S, with a market cap of $2.2M, and have absolutely NO ascertainable assets.

They have no patents, no insider buying, no legitimate $800 Energy Funding corporation willing to back them. They don't even have a freakin' website!!!

In the last year, they have managed (in some unfathomable way) to sell shares for $1.00+, with shares trading over .13 on vol. well over 600K.in one day (10-4-05), in the last 2 months. WTF???

Their 10-QSB (which has been posted on that board) blatantly shows they've lost over $30M in the last 27 years, shows present consistent losses, is late on filing, and has an E added now on the symbol.

All this, and they still manage to trade in the same basic area as CSMG (presently .038 x.05).

I hate to say it, but given all that, and the great future CSMG has, I'm kinda ashamed to think of the people who question whether CSMG is worth the bargain-basement price it is presently at!

I understand wanting 'a good deal', just like the next investor, but jimminy-crickets, for crying out loud, how long will people continue to look a gift horse in the mouth?
