I'm more curious why those particular company's supposedly "bright minds" would allow themselves to be acquired by a company whose "science sucks, management has no business acumen, whose products have no demand in the market place, that funds its day-to-day operations with the selling of stock at a penny and a half a share", and a host of other epitaphs tossed out here on this board by you and others...

Question you should instead ask IMO is what do they see or know that you and I do not?
