Please explain your $2M loss estimate

I'm still trying to figure out where you get the idea that they will lose $2M in 2012, since Q4 is normally the quarter where they report their largest quarterly revenue, and as of the end of Q3, the first nine months of the year showed a net loss of $939K, with the loss entirely due to the $1.13M in share-based compensation.

Please enlighten us.
