Bob, dunno for 100% but GVIT is an OTC Pink "Current information" Co.
To qualify for that tier are they not required by the OTC to file
SEC Form 8-K info which includes any management changes.
But, mayhaps "Current Info" companys don't have to. Could really dig into it
but what the hey..... no big deal.
