Forget about India. If there actually is a contract (waiting for confirmation from Neesa), I'm sure Shivus took our money and will finance his new "project" that none of us will have shares in (remember the shady joint venture ownership of an Indian corporation)

What about those 1,400 rooms installed at the Philly Marriott that Tivus never got paid for? Remember when that clown Shiva had the balls to say something along the lines of "the ball is in their court"?
