So you are saying that MMR will have the ability, for example when a patient logs in, to send a trigger via HL7 to the EMR/EHR that will cause the EMR/EHR to send an updated CCD to MMR for it to present to the patient? If that is what you are saying, then yes I agree that is a reasonable (and technically "do-able") workflow and a valuable function for MMR.
