Yeah, I was thinking something similar: all the worry that SCOTUS would punt and not rule worried me regarding any MMJ/Legal MJ challenges.

Of course, it takes 2-3 years for a case to get to that SCOTUS level, so if the fed goes dark side on us, it'll be a few years before we get to challenge, IF they decide to hear the case at all.
