1. The days of news releases all of a sudden the usual dumpers are gone, almost like management tells them to stop dumping for a day or two.
2. SIAF steadily moves down to 50c, then after being there for a month it is pushed down to 40c and repeat. This sort of price development makes no sense.
3. Unlimited amount of shares hitting the market. Lets face it, there is no end to the "dilution". I am not even sure if it is actual dilution or just fraud trying to get a maximum amount of money in short period of time.

But as I also have stated before, the reason why I sold is that management has disclaimed their own shares. I have never heard of a legit company where this has happened.
