i doubt the dilution is that high. maybe around 50 mil at best. this company has a track record of being honest and very slow to accomplish what they set out to. for example, i don't think this merger will be done until mid may, not the end of week.

remember, i called the dilution in the very beginning. but i still don't think its anything to worry about.
