I have been both an investor or observer of the Loch/CDEx scam for OVER 15 YEARS. I have learned that if there is any abiguity in a PR it is most likely done intentionally and for the benefit of the scamsters.

IN THE OLD DAYS THERE WAS NO AMBIGUITY, THEY WERE BOLD-FACED LIES.
