Crowe, even though CDEx may want people to think the sale of those ten units will require special installation and technical support bringing in more money, I don't think that's the case.

The PR reads:

"Each unit placed requires additional service for installation and ongoing product support by CDEX for two years from the date of delivery."

First, the units should come calibrated and ready to use with their selected signatures. Installation of a bench-top unit that plugs into the wall shouldn't require anything more than a technician at best. Appropiate instructions should be provided.

Second, over-the-phone technical support is usually provided at no charge, there should be no need to travel to Kuwait unless they negotiated it as part of the deal. I believe the two year support period is part of any normal sale.

I think the PR is misleading. Looks like the same snake wrote it as usually.

Of course, this is all assuming the sale, as claimed, actually took place. After the alleged "placement" of that iG4 over a year ago, these scamsters have once again shown how big their huevos are.
