I have no problem with the GERS technology... just the fact that they've been dangling a carrot for 6 years and not making any progress other than lining their pockets. I maintain that GERS is simply a mechanism by lawyers for lawyers. The fact is, they haven't won the ICM case. If and when they do it will be months to years before they collect anything because the counter suits will go on and on.... GERS doesn't have the $ to survive that. All the lawyers care about is charging fees. You've been paying those fees and will continue to do so for YEARS.
It's a pipe dream around here and people are chasing it down a rabbit hole. Amazing.
