NO PENNY STOCK CAN HAVE ANY SIGNIFICANT POSITIONS IN SHORTS. IT'S WAYYY TO COST PROHIBITIVE.

2. PROMOTION) Is there an on-going promotion on this stock? Yes. However it's not some "boiler room short promo" whatever that is, it's a few guys in this room and other boards like this one talking about "shorties" and "chart resets".

3. WHY THE PRICE IS FALLING) Because quite simply the insiders in this company don't care WHAT they sell the shares for. They've got hundreds of millions, possibly BILLIONS, of shares set to market. The only thing keeping it from dropping to .0001 in a matter of minutes is the lack of interested buyers and the market makers trying not to lose their arses.

When most stocks go up in a promotion, it is because the company insiders who hold a lot of shares actually CARE what price they dump for. It scares the hell out of me that this company doesn't care WHAT price they dump at.
