They didn't "admit" 3/4 of the wells not producing, they were "thrilled" by it.

If that's not pumping, in the stock sense, I don't know what is.

But with $150 in the bank, if they can't sell discounted PIPE shares, which they can't if no one will buy those shares from the convert holders, they'll be out of business and have to try another industry.
