Management has 19 million shares to cover. They have 100,000,000 shares outstanding and sold 119,000,000. They were ordered to buy back 19 million shares and refused to, that's why they're on the pinksheets instead of the AMEX. I wonder if they worked the stock down so they can cover this over-alotment cheaply?
