Take the time to put up a chart for the past 6 Qtrs you will see the obvious.. (Sales are made after the EPS release each time in volume and it pushes the PPS down.. It allows conversion at lower prices than would be if they didn't continually sell.. But no Form 4's because they are offshore and don't follow our rules..) Ask why does a compamny give away 19% of the company for interest payments when they have the money to pay those payments.. As to the premiumn it matters little as they still have all the shares left from the first payments to sell..

There were 25% of the same as the first shareholders screw job because they didn't owe as much.. Not because it showed any progress.. If they issued them at $1.05 would that make you feel any better,, like the debt present conversion rate that may be modified at any time at the will of the debtholder..??? Unless they stop selling this stock will not go anywhere and play right into thier lap of getting more share for less money.. Not a bad idea if you are getting the shares is it..... But if you think I'm wrong,, put up a bid for 100K matching the bid and see how long it takes before you get wacked.. hank

I'm actually impressed that in a mere 8 months the company is able to issue shares at more than double the price of the prior sale and just 25% as many. That's big progress and also reflects the substantial price appreciation that has been enjoyed by shareholders
