Its amazing to me that people wait for stocks to go up 5,10,20% before they are willing to buy them...I honestly dont get it..Oh man Inovio is a strong buy now that its at.58!!! But when it was at .52 it wasnt a strong buy?? LOL Its no wonder 99% of traders lose their ass in this market. Glad Ive learned to trade the opposite of this losing approach, and it has paid VERY well..just saying..
