Perhaps the situation has simply 'evolved' and time slipped away too quickly and that is why JBI is in the situation that they are in. Missteps, shortfalls, underestimations and a lack of proper planning has created the situation.

This doesn't change the fact that a solid foundation is necessary first and foremost in a legit business.

The technical challenges really needed to be addressed BEFORE any of the touted conclusions were proclaimed. This goes back to mentality, business like manner and assertive proper guidance which would have been already in place if the order was followed from the start.


You can draw one of two conclusions from JBIs current position-

1. The company is flying by the seat of its pants and has no solid foundation or clue.

2. The technological hype was utilized to generate revenue in the form of stock sales, salaries and corporate benefits.


If you are of the first mindset then there is an obvious path that needs to be followed in order to right the ship.

If you are of the second then you can see that the end is near and a lot of scrambling is happening to prevent going down with the ship.
