My thoughts are that no one is grabbing them on this board and all over is because, there is some large speculating stocks, Medical MJ, Bm$n and many others. As far as around the world its probably because its a triple zero and perhaps people just haven't seen it yet.

Either way, read the PRs weigh the risk, reward, you'll see how awesome this could be.
