My opinion is nothing will happen until December and even then there probably wont be a resolution. My opinion matters because I tried to tell people that the conference yesterday was just a Status Conference and not a Settlement Conference. Some on this board tried to lead people to believe there would be a settelement yesterday. I said there wouldnt be a settlement because it was just a Status Conference which is basically a conference to determine where both sides are in the case. So I was right and the others were wrong. So I am not sure why you didnt ask me the question.
