What did I exagerate ? What does it matter if it is in a garage, or multimillion dollar building ? Financials are financials. Do you think the SEC goes and looks at the building and makes their deceision based on that ?

Ants is still in business.And way better off now then they were listed. In fact, they got back a 4 million a year rev. stream a week before delisting. Only difference is now they dont answer to anyone, PR anytrhing, etc. Just pocket the money....

I hope Cindy is Ligit, and I find out all is well before I dump it. But to leave us hanging, and only one Ihub board member know the financials are going to audit. "WHAT IS THAT"! !!! Give me a break already, Post a PR stating what is happening, when and where. Again, they dont have to be audited to be complete, amend later.... That is just a sign...

THe SEC will look the other way once filied. But you are on the hit list until complete.
