WOW ! I missed this post too... Ironically this is the same exact thing I heard from the delisted COmpany. That the new CEO was not drawing a dime from the company. That the financials were almost done, etc. Come to find out in the end, the financials were on 10% complete, we were told 97%.

But that was their ploy to keep the stock going long enough to make needed changes, bank roll some money off of a little dilution, pump the stock to create a better diluted price, etc...
