I'd stick if I believed but the way they issue shares I'll always wonder when the day comes to pay off the debt,, if they will just issue 150,000,000 shares for all the debt and then do a 100 for reverse..

They,, the debt holders and not the shareholders or management of the company are in control and it has been proven they do as they please.. 20% increase in the stock issued of a company to pay for interest when funds were avilable to make those payments is my case.. Saving those funds for possible use in working capitol is lame because If they really needed new funds all they had to do was factor thier recievables against any large order... They deal with major companies and factors are happy to loan against thier paper.. I am positive a far lesser rate than 20% of the company..

It appears CDOC is not allowed to make interest payments because that would shut off the share gravy train.. Since the more shares they get plus the debt the less current shareholders are respected for thier contribution.. Also since they operate offshore,, it appears the same rules and Finanical moral standards as we have are not used.. CDOC could the way it operates be considered in the class of a Chinese Company considering the way it treats its shareholders..
