I feel the company has an ultimate goal of uplisting to the majors and has a plan for it. Amazing audited financials and announcement of a huge share buy back thats been in place for some time now. My thoughts on why no news yet is maybe just maybe the company was hoping to have the share price drop extensively more because of their quiet period and then they would be able to buy back even more shares and guarantee with going current audited financials and then announce business contracts ect we would get valued appropriately and uplist.

Think about it no matter what share price is at today or tomorrow doesnt change the contract progress or revenues coming into diaaf aka t and r.
