Of course lorsch sells shares. And he really doesn't care what price he sells them at. Since March 2011, just 2 years ago, over 250 million shares have been sold according to SEC filings. That's what pays for lorsch's flying all over the country (and his salary and benefits). That's also why the stock can't climb above 3 cents, why it is down 50% from December 2011, and remains crushed below its all time high of 36 cents a few years ago. If he could not continue to sell shares and dilute his shareholders even at this low price of 2 cents, he would be out of a job. If he doesn't deliver signficant revenues soon, he'll be out of a job anyway.
