Sadly, no. Clincial trials take a long time. Phase 1 and 2 in particular because they are required to determine safety and dose. The follow ups are to make sure the product is not more dangerous than either a placebo, or ideally the current standard of care. However, if the outcomes are really spectacular and look like they can really help patients, the institutional review board/FDA may allow trials to be expedited.
