SPOM brief refresher & more:

I consider it one of my "investments" as far as OTC stocks go.

Safe stock, catalysts, awesome share structure.
Just O/S of less than 57M & A/S of 100M!!
SPOM is also an OTCQB stock! (Meaning it files with the SEC, offering a level of transparency & accountability)

I'm expecting a sweet 10K around end of next week (1st week of April), along with some news updates from company.

SPOM reported that it resumed revenue generation in Oct 2012. $278K Revenues & $47K Gross profit for was reported in the last 10Q, last Nov. This came after their successful change to focusing on wellness healthcare products.

This company even owns PATENTS & products are sold in CVS chains across America.

SPOM is developing new products and current products are reported in PR to be facing order backlogs into 2013.

That means the 4Q 2012 should be displaying REVENUES as well, and that leads me to believe the 10K will be GOOD. Of course, that is just my own speculation & opinion!
In fact, I even go as far to believe that Q1 2013 will also report revenues!

The last SPOM news confirmed SPOM's partnership with HoMedics.
Basically, SPOM produces the oximeter for private-labelling under HoMedics brand.

All in all, I am just looking forward, and excited over a new season for SPOM.
